Justin Timberlake didn’t hold back when he hit up Twitter late Wednesday night to praise Calvin Harris’ new track with Frank Ocean and Migos – and slam Adele in the process.
Adele took home the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for 25, beating out Beyonce, Timberlake, Drake and Sturgill Simpson.
Ocean wasn't even in the running. He didn't submit his album and opted out of the Grammy system entirely, telling the New York Times: "I think the infrastructure of the awarding system and the nomination system and screening system is dated. I'd rather this be my Colin Kaepernick moment for the Grammys than sit there in the audience."
Meanwhile, JT also tweeted to a fan who asked him when we could expect some new music: “On the way.” Duly noted.
