Back in early February, Rachel Frederickson was receiving a lot of criticism for losing too much weight during her stint on The Biggest Loser. That story is here.

Now she is back in the news because she has gained 20 pounds. She told US Weekly that she now thinks she is the perfect weight. She works out for an hour a day, six days a week and watches her calorie intake.
