So, the other day a man named Andrew Rector fell asleep at a Yankees vs. Red Sox game, and well the announcers noticed. The announcers had a ball guessing why and how long he would be asleep. That's where this story begins. Since the game, Andrew has filed a $10 million lawsuit against ESPN because he said that the announcers called him a "fatty" and "unintelligent." What do you think? Should he be able to sue just because he was made fun of a bit? Leave a comment below.
