Do you remember the now infamous photobomber from the Golden Globes last month? Fiji Water Girl. According to Delish , she is actually in the process of suing Fiji Water.
Fiji Water Girl's real name is Kelleth Cuthbert and she apparently filed documents saying that Fiji Water was “intentionally creat[ing] cardboard cutouts of [her] for use in a cardboard cutout marketing campaign," without her consent.
She also claimed they tried to bribe her with stuff to "sign away her rights and pressured [her] into video recording a fake signing of a fake document to simulate [her] signing on as a Fiji Water Ambassador.”
Apparently there is no real agreement in play and is seeking damages etc.
