Phoenix Is Raising Minimum Wage To $15/Hour For City Employees

According to AZ Central & Royal Queen, the City Of Phoenix came to a vote last night that would raise the minimum wage by $4 for city employees to $15/hour.

"About 150 full-time employees make less than $15 per hour. Increasing their pay to the new minimum will cost the city about $525,000 annually."
"It's going to make a big difference, a difference for their families," Councilman Michael Nowakowski said."

Is this something you would approve or get behind for the city of Phoenix all together? Not just city employees?
