AZ Cardinals' Larry Fitzgerald Pens Emotional Letter to Minneapolis

The Arizona Cardinals' wide receiver has always been an advocate for change and betterment, founding several charities and donating to more, Larry Fitzgerald Jr. tries to emulate the change he wants to see in the world.

This weekend, he penned a powerful letter to the city of Minneapolis, the city that raised him. Within the letter, he touches on his youth in the city and the events in his life that brought him to where he is today. He continues on to pay tribute to those who've been silenced by police brutality, systemic injustice, and racism.

He ends his essay in faith and hope with, "May God give us all ears to hear so that the cries of the unheard are never again compelled to scream in desperation."

You can read the whole essay here, and thank you Larry Fitzgerald for continuing to share his platform as a compass to guide others to better days.
