18 Yr Old College Student Developed App "Banana Plug" to Sell Drugs

Collin Howard, 18, has been charged with felony drug charges for his app, Banana Plug, that detectives said sold methamphetamine, marijuana, cocaine and molly.

Howard allegedly hung up posters on the University of California Santa Cruz to promote the app, which was available on the Apple app store, according to the U.S. attorney’s office for the Northern District of California said in a statement Tuesday.
