Did you know that taking a hot bath may actually burn more calories that a run? Apparently it is true which could explain why a lot of people go home to take a bath. I might just skip the gym or even a run for a nice bath either with a bath bomb or a ton of suds especially after dinner. OOOOH BABY!
Also this isn't a way to cut out exercise completely because exercising does have anti-inflammatory benefits to help fight off sickness etc.
Maybe if you had a long day and don't feel like hitting the gym, then you should go in a hot bath instead.
