8-Year-Old With 3-D Printed Hand Threw Out First Pitch At D-Backs Game

A girl with 3-D printed hand threw the first pitch at the Diamondbacks game vs the Colorado Rockies last Saturday! The girl's name is Hailey Dawson from Henderson, Nevada and she was born with Poland Syndrome - a rare disorder where people are born with under developed limbs or without them completely and in this case it affected her hand which led to her getting this 3-D hand. Pretty amazing what science can do right?! And now she is using that hand to throw out a pitch at a baseball game! Incredible!
