You have probably heard that yoga is a great way to workout or calm down after a long day. A lot of people - yogis particularly - swear by it and so does Britney Spears. She just finished her residency in Vegas and is currently on tour so for her to keep in shape and fell good, she does two hours of yoga a night. I am sharing this with you because I think this could be something good for us to mix into our crazy lives.
It's not the only thing Britney does to remain in great shape - she works out intensely but yoga is what gives her zen and peace before slipping into bed. 2 hours might be a long time but start with 30 minutes and work your way up or even go to a late night class!
