A New York Bakery Is Hiring People Based On A First-Come, First-Serve Basis

Greyston Bakery has a new approach to the hiring process! They will be hiring people based on a first-come, first-serve process which is interesting because what if these people aren't qualified or anything?

It is call Open Hiring! It is where no resume, background check & no interview are conducted to do the job. The idea is to hire people of all backgrounds. This is how Greyston has hired 75% of their workforce.

"You walk through the bakery, you put your name on a list and give us your phone number and email, and when we have a job available we call you up and say we're ready for you to work." - CEO of Greyston in 2015, Mike Brady

Do you think this is a good thing or a bad thing?
