Chrissy Teigen Opened Up About How She Avoided Postpartum Depression

Chrissy Teigen's craving actually helped her fight postpartum depression, and she's willing to share it.

One of the biggest trends out there at least lately is eating the placenta after the child is born. Not right away though! Haha. People like Kourtney Kardashian have turned it into pills too. But there have been a lot of benefits from it and Chrissy Teigen is saying it is part to thank for not having postpartum depression this time around!

In her latest interview, Chrissy is also opening up about the birth of her second child with husband John Legend. The supermodel believes she was able to avoid postpartum depression after the birth of her son partly because she ate the placenta.

"I'm in L.A., it's very normal. They grill it here. You can try some of mine after," said Chrissy
