Currently there are three Chick-fil-A locations in San Antonio, Denver, and Indianapolis who are testing out "in-dining call buttons"!
After placing an order, customers can push buttons to request the manager of the location, request a service, or order more food. A rep from the chicken chain confirmed to Fox that the operators of seven locations were behind the implementation of the call buttons. However, Chick-fil-A doesn't have plans to bring the Kallpod buttons to the rest of the chain's 2,300 locations, Fox reports.
It looks like if they testing goes well, some locations will gain this magic button. Is this something you would like to see here in Arizona? Would you use it?
