12 Habits You Need To Prevent Getting The Flu

There are 12 habits you gotta do if you don't want to get the flu this season! I'm serious! It's worth doing them trust me cause the flu isn't fun!

1. Beware of your symptoms as they start and jump on it! If you have a sore throat or runny nose, treat it as you get it! 

2. Always wash your thumbs

3. Don't put your purse or bag on the floor

4. Keep toothbrushes separate 

5. Disinfect all handles

6. Sneeze & cough into your elbow

7. Leave shoes at the door

8. Don't eat lunch at your desk

9. Keep phones out of the bathroom

10. Eat a lot of yogurt

11. Change sheets every 2 weeks

12. Get your flu shot

All of it is easier said than done but wouldn't taking an extra minute to do this be better than having the flu for a week?! I sure think so!
