Let's sit still and be honest just for a minute. We all have that co-worker that either chats too much, shows off, takes the credit for your work, gets away with things, lingers too long or is just down right annoying! Come on you know I am right here!
Without putting them on blast, here are some things you can do to get rid of them so you can focus on the reason you are at work - to work!

- Find someone who is on your side and stick with them
- Talk to the person who is bothering you - easier said then done
- Let your manager know or an HR rep
But don't do it back! Just be polite, don't react and do what you can to make sure it doesn't interfere with your work!
