Day 1 Adventures in San Diego

Here is a list of all the places we went to that we enjoyed so far!

The Catamaran Resort- Great Place to stay, centrally located, walking distance between a lot!

Little Italy- SO MANY AMAZING FOOD OPTIONS! Plus great court yard with fun music to enjoy your food!

Mr Moto Pizza- This pizza was in Little Italy. It’s so so good and their stuffed Garlic knots are to die for! We got the pepperoni cheese and jalapeño ones. They’re almost better than the slices of pizza!

Not Not Tacos- This is a taco place that has unique tacos you wouldn’t normally consider a taco. For example- meatloaf and mashed potato taco. I will say the tortilla was super tasty and this is worth a try but I prefer traditional tacos :)

Holy Paleta- This was a gourmet paleta shop with tons of flavors and 100 different ways to dress it up with yummy toppings!

Herb and Wood- This is where we had Father’s Day Breakfast and omg DELICIOUS! Michael and i had the Chilaquiles and the girls had eggs and bacon which they said were the best eggs they ever ate. But can we talk about the cinnamon roll with cream cheese and the soufflé pancake!! Fluffy deliciousness! OMG!!

Ballast Point Brewery - After Father’s Day Breakfast we had some time to kill before Lightyear and stopped here for a drink! The outside patio was perfect and they had non alcoholic options for the kids and Michael had a sour and I had a yummy cider!

Westfield Mission Valley- This was the outdoor mall the movie theater was located at and this was fun to walk around and shop and they have a cute play area for kids!

Draft- After Lightyear (which was great) we went to Draft at Mission Beach for dinner. A great sports bar right on the beach! Food was great and so was the atmosphere.

California Wild Ales- 10/10 recommend this place! THIS WAS SO FUN! Here me out. It’s a small brewery and they only sell drinks (sours, seltzers, IPAS) but, you can bring food in to eat there (restaurants all around) it’s kid friendly as in they have a ton of kids games to play and puzzles for adults, and it was such a chill fun vibe! Pretty sure this was the kids favorite place to go!

And after that, we called it a night!!

Those are all the things we did the first day and a half! Stay turned, I will share everything we do each day!
