People are ridiculous. First of all, don't ever comment on a woman's body about whether she is or she is not pregnant.
And if for whatever reason you think you have the right to comment, DON'T DO IT when a woman looks the way Eva Longoria does! Like really people?!? She has the most amazing body already! Just because her stomach isn't completely flat she's automatically pregnant?!
