What are electrolytes you ask - they are things in your system that "regulating your hydration levels and nerve and muscle function"
- Sodium - salt, pickles, pretzels
- Potassium - bananas, apricots, prunes, tomatoes, broccoli, oranges, spinach, potatoes
- Magnesium - pumpkin seeds, spinch, chard, lima beans
- Calcium - parmesan cheese, almonds, milk, collard greens, spinach, yogurt, tofu, kale
It is always good to keep this regulated especially in the summer here in Arizona!
