According to Delish, John Legend apparently eats salads for breakfast and it just leaves me with questions! Even Chrissy thinks it's weird!
Why does he do it?
"His decision to go green had nothing to do with an early morning craving for kale; instead, he admits the habit was driven by health concern. "My doctor told me that I needed more antioxidants in my diet because I had hereditary cholesterol issues, and he told me that adding vegetables was a good way to address it, so I started having something green with every meal," he continued. "Breakfast, lunch, and dinner."
