Selena Gomez is showing off some new ink!
Ahead of delivering her first televised performance in two years at the 2019 American Music Awards, Gomez took to social media to reveal her latest addition to her collection of body art. Per images the star posted on her Instagram before the celebration kicked off, the songbird bared some skin while flaunting her freshly-inked thigh, which now has an illustration of praying hands with rosary beads dangling from them.
“AMAs day.. more to come,” the Disney alum captioned a behind-the-scenes photo as she prepared for the event, crediting the New York City-based shop, Bang Bang Tattoo, for creating the art.

As yet, this is Gomez's 14th tattoo to date. The 27-year-old recently got inked with friend and music collaborator Julia Michaels, as seen in previous pics of the stars sporting matching arrows on social media. “It’s tatted. My arrow points to you forever,” Gomez wrote in an Instagram Story at the time. Months before, the songbird also celebrated her bestie Courtney Barry’s 26th’s bday with matching “1” tattoos on the rib cage to symbolize their friendship.
Hours after her AMAs set, the “Look at Her Now” vocalist took to IG to thank everyone for sending love following her emotionally-charged presentation. “Feels good to be back,” she captioned with images of her lime green red carpet look after the show. “Thank you to my entire team and to my fans that stand by me.”
As previously reported, Gomez will be releasing her long-awaited third self-titled studio album on January 10, 2020.
