Mathew and Lloyd (MDTP) started Title 1 Tech for teachers in Title 1 schools. When they have a student who isn't connected - we step in to help. We get them connected with a new or slightly used Chromebook, laptop, or internet connection.
Currently, 10,300 kids need a device, which is based off 36 applications we received in 48 hours. So far we've connected 310 teachers with their students and we need your help with our next device drop of 300.
DIRECT CARPET ONE has offered to be our official drop off spot! They have locations in Scottsdale, Tempe, Surprise, Mesa, and Goodyear. You will see the poster below in each store so you know you are in the right place.
Until December 4th, you can drop off your NEW or GENTLY used laptops if they meet the following criteria:
5 Years or younger
Has a working camera
Has the power cord
We will have each device SECURELY wiped by our friends at WARRIOR CODE and replaced with an operating system the kids can use. Much love and if you want to make a TAX deductible donations so we can purchase NEW units.

Our goal is simple: we can NOT leave these kids behind. We refuse to accept that in 2020 every student can’t have access to a computer and the internet. These are the tools required to learn and everyone should have access to them.
