Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's Beverly Hills estate remains on the market, and the exes are supposedly not seeing eye-to-eye on the price.

Sources recently told TMZ that the former pair, who finalized their divorce in February, disagree on details surrounding the sale of their $68 million joint property. Affleck allegedly believes the mansion would sell if they reduced the price, but the Maid in Manhattan star is not so sure.

JLo and Affleck paid $60.85 million (in cash) for the expansive property, including 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, in 2023, per Page Six. The mansion was listed for sale one month before the "On The Floor" songstress filed for divorce from the Argo star in August 2024. The former couple accepted a $64 million offer last year, but the interested party pulled out of escrow before the sale was finalized.

TMZ mentioned that they've spoken to multiple realtors who think JLo and Affleck's asking price is "way too high" and that it should be dropped by "at least 15% if they hope to sell."

Since the former pair did not sign a prenup before their marriage, money earned from the sale of their mansion will be "community property."

Earlier this year, Lopez purchased a $21 million estate in Hidden Hills, and Affleck a $20.5 million equestrian estate in Los Angeles.
