California Is The First State To Push Back School Start Times

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a new law that will require public schools to have later start times. Middle schools will begin classes at 8 a.m. or later while high schools will start no earlier than 8:30 a.m. Sheinelle Jones reports for TODAY.
