Tanya Rad here! I've been hearing so much about lymphatic drainage massages and I finally tried it. As always, consult your doctor before you try anything new, but I wanted to share my experience.

I eat pretty clean and since I’ve been running a lot to prep for this marathon, I figured now is the perfect time -- and a little pre-Grammy help never hurt nobody!

It was not painful at all; in fact, it felt amazing and relaxing and you see results right away as you can tell in my before-and-after photos. I'm excited to see how long results last and definitely will go back again.
